2025 Vendor Application & Registration “Rules & Policies”
Throughout the weekend, our goal always, is a safe, happy, and harmonious experience for our customers and vendors. Enjoy the music and sell, sell, sell!
Dee Dee – Vendor Coordinator
**All Vendors and Non-Profits provide their own canopy, weights, and displays. **
***Canopies/displays are vulnerable to wind. Secure your canopy with proper weights***
*** Make sure your weights do not create a hazard. Tether them inside your canopy footprint. Safety first! ***
- After WMG review of the Application, you will receive Acceptance or Declined Notification from WMG or Dee Dee vendor coordinator. If you are declined, your fees will be returned to you.
- Your total due will vary depending upon booth size and accommodations needed. Calculator available on our website. https://rockthemountain.com/vendors/
- Vendor set-up will begin Aug 14th, 2025
- ALL Vendors are responsible for keeping their space attractive. clean, sanitary, and free of litter. At day’s end, leave your booth space, and the area directly surrounding your space clean.
- Ready-to-eat food vendors must follow permit requirements regarding food handling, wash stations, sanitizing, and hot and cold temperature minimums per the Snohomish County Health Department. (SCHD). Please be setup and running by noon on the 15th for health department inspections.
***If you plan on selling pop in glass bottles, please bring cups to pour the pop into as we want no glass in the amphitheater***
- All Vendors with products that require chilling, must provide their own ice and coolers.
- Notify WMG Staff and call 911 immediately of ANY emergencies, or suspicious/confrontational characters. Use your camera phone! DO NOT engage/confront suspicious characters – (potentially immoral or unlawful person(s).
- In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first, then notify WMG Staff. A few minutes may make the difference.
- Fire Lanes: Keep designated fire lanes and all sidewalks clear during the festival.
- Booth Construction: Construct your booth with the public’s safety in mind.
Cleanup
- Haul away your own garbage.
- Clean the area directly surrounding your booth space of any debris you or your customers generate.
